Abstract


Abstract:- Work life and personal life is interrelated characteristic of every working person. In Banking industry work life balance is noticeable. Employee in the private bank takes painful effort to complete their target and deliver various need to customer. Due to work pressure it becomes hard to maintain balance between personal life and professional life. Particularly the role of woman employee is very critical, women need a lot of support from their organisation as well as from their family to maintain their personal and professional life smoothly. The study attempts to find out the factors which affect the productivity of working women and to find out the types of difficulties faced by woman employee and the factor soffrustration of woman employee in private bank sector.
