A STUDY OF MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE OF WOMEN IN PRIVATE BANKING SECTOR OF NORTHERN INDIA

Abstract


This paper present Managerial Performance of women in private banking sector of Northern India. Here Managerial performance of women refers, the way how women are managing their personal and professional life. In other words, this research is all about work life balance of working women of private sector bank of Northern India.If a woman is working outside from home, her responsibility becomes more and it becomes very difficult to make a good balance between personal and professional life. The study attempts to find out the working environment of private bank sector, work performance of women employee at private bank and type of discrimination facing by working women and its effectson women employee of private bank sector.
