Abstract


Abstract:- This is a research article in which the researcher has tried to do comparative analysis of formal PMO v/s informal PMO on project cost factor in IT companies operating in India. Cost management is a key project success factor. However not many studies have been done in Indian IT organizations with respect to PMO impact on project cost management and the researcher has tried to do a basic analysis.
