Abstract


Abstract:- PMO (Project Management Office) have become integral part of Indian IT organizations. The researcher has tried to determine the impact of formal PMO vs informal PMO on software projects meeting their schedule deadlines. This is the second paper in the series in which the earlier paper discussed the impact of PMO on project costs.
